These Terms govern the use of heavysparesourcing.com and the submission of business-to-business requests for quotation. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Independent sourcing service

Heavy Spare Sourcing presents an independent B2B spare-parts sourcing service. It is not an official website, agent or authorised representative of any vehicle or component manufacturer unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific transaction.

2. Website information is not a binding offer

Website content, product categories, response targets and sourcing descriptions are general information. A binding commercial offer exists only when a written quotation is issued and accepted under the stated price, quantity, availability, payment, delivery and validity conditions.

3. Part identification

The customer is responsible for providing accurate OEM or part numbers, vehicle data, quantities and destination information. Compatibility must be confirmed before purchase. We may request VIN, engine, axle or transmission information where needed.

4. Product descriptions and brands

Genuine, OEM, aftermarket, remanufactured, surplus or used status will be stated in the applicable quotation where relevant. Brand names and references are used only for identification and compatibility purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices, currency, stock, lead time, freight, duties and taxes may change until a quotation is formally accepted. Quotations may have limited validity and remain subject to final supplier confirmation.

6. Orders, payment and contracts

The website itself does not process payment or conclude sales. Any order, invoice, payment instruction, Incoterm, warranty and delivery obligation will be governed by the separate written quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or invoice issued by the legal selling entity.

7. Shipping and customs

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Customs clearance, import permits, duties, taxes and destination restrictions are the customer’s responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise.

8. Uploaded content

You confirm that you are authorised to submit all files and information and that they do not contain unlawful material, malware or unnecessary sensitive data. Files may be rejected based on type, size or security checks.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit misleading requests, distribute malware, scrape the site abusively or infringe third-party rights.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Commercial liability, warranties and remedies for an actual order are governed by the applicable transaction documents.

11. Governing documents

If these website Terms conflict with a signed contract, accepted quotation, proforma invoice or invoice for a transaction, the transaction-specific document will control for that transaction.
